| Special working conditions require aircraft must have a high level operational stability.Therefore, during the design, development and testing phases, avionics systems need to be fully considering the possible impact of various abnormal states, which is an important part of the avionics system design.The simulation of avionics exciter system is used for realizing the communications and navigation simulator system excitation and monitoring of each device. In the current technical conditions, semi-physical simulation system can be completed to verify the general state of the program, but cannot cover the reverse testing of abnormal state. To complete reverse testing of abnormal state of avionics exciter system, need to simulation all possible abnormal state of avionics exciter system, and do fault injection testing.Aiming at this situation, in-depth study of fault injection technology, exploring the application layer fault injection method for avionics exciter simulation system, study various types of system failures and the associated fault models were analyzed to establish the avionics exciter simulation system fault injection system structure. Specific research work is as follows:(1) Study the architecture of avionics system simulation actuator, in-depth studies the functional application components of avionics system simulation interface module.(2) Study of fault injection technology for contents of this article, focusing on software-based fault injection techniques.(3) Research on fault injection strategy. Depending on the application functionality structural model of actuator internal interfaces components system model and simulation,select fault injection models, fault injection methods, fault injection time and fault injection.And further study of possible combinations of fault injection strategies to achieve greater fault coverage.(4) Study of fault injection system structure. Specific studies the execution flow of fault injection module. |
