The detection technology can improve the maintainability and testability of airborne electronic equipment, and ensure the normal running and maintenance, so it has important practical significance to study the self-test method. The self-test research of airborne electronic equipment based on semi physical simulation, not only can reduce the cost of hardware design of self-testing system, but also provide a theoretical exploratio for the development of the domestic aircraft. VOR system is researched as a case to study the self-test method.Firstly, it introduced the research background and significance, the research of BIT technology and the semi physical simulation technology at home and abroad were discussed; At the same time, BIT technique and the related theory of fault modeling were researched, and made some preparations for the follow-up research.Secondly, the self-test of VOR under the semi physical simulation platform were discussed, including the overall design scheme of semi physical simulation platform of VOR and VOR BIT circuit.At the same time, for the semi physical simulation platform of VOR,it extracted the internal structure of VOR system and VOR receiver, used the computer to simulate some functions of VOR,so that establish the function model, designed injection table to injection fault for the component model,at last, finished the programming method of VOR components of semi physical simulation platform; in addition,the design of BIT circuit was put forward; the VOR of BIT fault location was researched under the guidance of BIT fault localization design idea, the method of using software programming realized to finish the design of fault location function based on the fault tree model.Finally, the work and existing problems were summarized and reflection of the corresponding.The research has a certain significance, and can provide the basis for the method for the self-test of other airborne electronic equipment automatic.
