In the north of China, airport will have ice and snow in winter with all sorts of problems, such as take off and land limited because of slippery runway, even long time of the deicing and snow job lead to large area flight delays and cancellations, which affects the running benefit of airport and airline and may even trigger security incidents. Because of excessive behaviors which is caused by dissatisfied of passenger. In addition, the airport also need to purchase a lot of deicing equipment and the daily operation and maintenance costs can not be underestimated. The characteristics of traditional way of deicing or snow melting is slow and inefficient, time consuming and the high cost. Spraying halide salt deicing fluid way may also cause water and soil pollution. In order to solve the problem of airport deicing and snow timely, efficiently, quickly and environmentally friendly, various countries are trying new methods of deicing and snow. Using the electric properties of conductive concrete is one of the more advanced, environmental protection, safe and efficient way of deicing and snow.Carbon fiber conductive concrete, with its excellent electrical conductivity and electrical heating characteristics, has advantages such as high speed, high efficiency; moreover, it can clean the ice and snow synchronously on the whole pavement, and save more resources without afraid of continual snow falling. It can effectively guarantee the normal operation of the airport, reduce the probability that flight delays, avoid the pavement be corroded due to the extensive use of de-icing fluid, and decrease the environmental pollution to the water and soil around the airport caused by de-icing fluid.The article further proves the applicability of the carbon fiber concrete with the following four parts.1.The devilling or the notching process of the airport pavement separately affects the electrical properties and heat transformation ability that can melt the snow of the conductive concrete By measuring the electric resistance with voltammetry, observing the change of the electric resistance, recording relevant data, and calculating the resistivity changes through relevant calculation, we can find the change of the electrical resistivity due to the change of the superficial area, and compare the above results to get the conclusion.2. Through the ANSYS modeling analysis, we can analyze the temperature stress magnitude and phase overlay pavement load of the conductive concrete. Meanwhile, the simulation of thermal stress and the horizontal stress-induced shear stress load can tell whether it cause the peeling or chipping damage of the conductive concrete.3. In the process of the electric heating of conductive concrete floors to remove ice and snow, optimizing the input power, removing ice and snow with the lowest energy consumption on the premise of time controlled, controlling operation cost is the key problems in practical of electrically conductive concrete used in removing ice and snow.,by controlling the input power during the process of heating to clear the snow.Applicate limited test data to check the feasibility of finite element modeling, and then the best power input mode is calculated by the finite element simulation, finally it is concluded that the heat and power optimization solution.4. By calculating the construction cost and operating cost of the practical application of the conductive concrete, we can have the operational effectiveness analysis results.Papers that Conductive concrete used Airport Pavement deicing and snow covered involving the key and Feasibility study againstly, prove the applicability and feasibility of conductive concrete futher, from deicing and ice in the Airport Pavement applications, from structural safety?electric power of optimization to cost-benefit analysis in Many angles.
