Withthe rapid increase of China Civil Aviation Airport passenger flow, airport traffic increases and the degree of airport informatization deepens. Thus, building an intelligent middleware platform for independent operation of civil aviation airport information is imminent. Through the integration of information systems, standardization of dataexchange between the systems and scalability and maintainability of the airport information systemis the actual demand of airport information construction.Based on SOA(Service Oriented Architecture), by loosely coupled unified standard of the enterprise service bus(ESB) application of the IBM WebSphere message broker middleware technology, this paper researches and combinesthe two business lines of civil aviation airport, achieving the implementation of the system of information integration and intelligent management of civil aviation airport. The paper mainly studies the application of IMF(Intelligent Middle Flat) in the following four aspects:1. By sorting out the airport passenger service and two business processes of vehicle security, abstracts the general aviation airport based business events and business events into XML message. Then provide a unified, standardized data in interactive mode.2. Based on IBM Message Broker, some applications are realized including the message transmission process of routing management, priority management. It also provides a standard access mode of each business system on the platform.3. Based on the Oracle, the data model is designed to complete the design of database naming conventions, datatypes, tables, views, data dictionaries, etc.4. The management applications are realized, including the platform’s own storage, log, external system expansion, message configuration, system monitoring, and so on.
