The aircrafts which driven by the turboprop engines have the advantages of low speed and high load, also they are more economical during middle range voyage. All of the aircrafts have to obtain the airworthiness certification including the noise compliance airworthiness certification before they can go to the market. Studying the noise airworthiness compliance method of aircrafts powered by turboprop engines is inevitable.Analyze the noise airworthiness method of turboprop aircrafts including the Modern Ark-700. The instantaneous sound pressure level noise and effective perceived noise level algorithms are studied. A set of data is used to predict noise levels based on static engine test of algorithms. Use the SPSS software to calculate the confidence intervals and verify compliance of the noise data. In this way can save a lot of time. Especially during the static engine test method to predict noise airworthiness compliance, using the concept of optimizing the angle of attack aircraft is firstly introduced. Also in order to make the turboprop aircrafts airworthiness compliance method more scientific, the affection of the propellers are considered.Based on the method of forecasting the noise airworthiness for the turboprop aircrafts, a Forecast System is developed by making use of the C# language and the Visual Studio 2013 development platform. The data is provided by the Bombardier DHC-8-400 aircraft which is a competing model to the Modern Ark-700. The method and the data may provide some basics for the development of the turboprop aircrafts in the future.
