Engine is a very important part of the plane.Its performance which is good or bad directly determines whether the plane can fly or not. Therefore, check before the installation, regular maintenance, fault diagnosis and other performance test is very necessary before the engine is installed. These measures can ensure the good performance and reliable work of the engine. In addition, the above methods are the significant effect on the improvement of the army battle effectiveness.Computer control technology and data acquisition technology is used in the aircraft engine ground test system. The system needs to test all the performance parameters about the engine, reduce the demand for operators, improve the work efficiency, and ensure the reliability of the engine. The system is mainly composed of engine CAM signal test module, engine speed test module, engine pressure signal test module and engine temperature signal test module.The paper mainly introduces the structure design of the system, technical scheme selection, software and hardware design of the system and the key technology of the syetem. The hardware system uses PLC as controller. Pressure transmitters and Temperature transmitters are choosed as sensitive components to collect pressure and temperature signals of engine. PLC can directly collect the engine CAM signals. The software chooses military laptops and Delphi 2010 development environment to design a simple and easy upper machine management system. The system can realize real-time monitoring of engine pressure, temperature, CAM and other signals. In addition, the engine failure is difficult to judge during the testing process. In order to solve this situation, we put forward an intelligent judgment method to judge engine failure. This method is based on fuzzy neural network. The above method solves the problem effectively and satisfyingly.At present, the engine ground test system designed by this paper has been put into use. According to the practical application, the system is proved to work well. It can fully meet the requirements of the troops.
