International oil price directly affects the airlines fuel costs, fuel cost control is the top priority of the airlines control costs. At the same there are a large number of greenhouse gas in the exhaust of aircraft, so the research of the fuel consumption and fuel-efficient flight also have positive significance for environmental protection.In this paper, based on the QAR data,analyses the factors that affect fuel consumption, fuel consumption model of different flight phases is established, and summarizes fuelefficient flight theory, realizes the fuel-efficient flight trajectory optimization. The aircraft fuel consumption is analyzed from the aircraft performance, engine conditions and atmospheric environment, and summarizes the fuel consumption characteristics in different phases of flight, then the parameters of fuel consumption were selected and optimized through grey correlation analysis and correlation coefficient, at last the fuel flow model was also established by using support vector machine(SVM) to obtain much more precise monitoring and prediction; The theory of flight and fuel efficient strategies were analyzed. Then based on the optimal control theory, determines the objective function of fuel-efficient flight through the flight particle-energy equation and direct costs, at last in order to achieve fuel-efficient flight, the particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm was used to realize the optimization of fuel efficient trajectory. The optimal result is safety and economical which provides a reference for airlines to make the flight plan and reduce the fuel consumption.
