The fuel consumption calculation based on the aircraft trajectory and the fuel efficiency measurement of the air traffic operation are the basic work to evaluate the level of air traffic fuel consumption and the energy saving of the new air traffic control technology.QAR data records accurate fuel consumption,but it is difficult to obtain,so calculating fuel consumption using more readily available radar data is the only way to quantify fuel efficiency.The main research is mainly carried out.Firstly,the main influencing factors that affect the fuel consumption of aircraft are qualitatively analyzed.It is concluded that the different flight states have important influence on the fuel consumption.Therefore,a CCAD algorithm for aircraft flight states identification is proposed.Recognition accuracy can reach 96.89%.It can lay the foundation for the future fuel consumption modeling.Secondly,a Multi-Parameter fuel consumption model is constructed based on the echo state network.The model can reflect the sudden change in fuel flow rate due to different flight state transitions.Average calculation error of level state can reach 0.032%,climb state can reach 0.58%,descend state can reach-1.11%.Thirdly,In order to make the fuel consumption model more suitable for the radar trajectory,a quantitative analysis method of the Multi-Parameter coupling system influencing factors based on sensitivity analysis is proposed.This method quantifies the degree of influence of each factor on fuel consumption.So that the Multi-Parameter fuel consumption model can be simplified.Experiments show that the accuracy of the reconstructed LessParameter fuel consumption model is also good.The average error of climb state is 1.79%,the level flight state is-0.88% and the descend state is 2.06%.Finally,a fuel consumption algorithm based on radar trajectory is proposed and its applicability is verified.At the same time,a method of obtaining fuel consumption benchmark based on radar trajectory clustering is proposed,and the efficiency of air traffic fuel is calculated and evaluated.Through the construction of fuel consumption model,the fuel consumption is calculatedby radar trajectory,and the fuel efficiency analysis of air traffic operation based on radar trajectory is realized.
