Research On The Cost Management Of BUCC Construction Project Residential Industrialization Project

The most important thing is that it can save resources.In this paper, the project cost management of the construction enterprise housing i ndustrialization project as the research objectfrom the perspective of the Management department of the company to carry out the cost forecast, cost analysis, and then find out the key factors affecting the cost of residential industrialization project:Hoisting phase of industrialization of artificial cost on the high side; Precast concrete component price is high; Precast concrete components over quantity loss; Site for engineering change cost is high; Decoration materials and artificial cost is high.On the basis of the research, analysis and summary of these key factors, the coun termeasures and measures to reduce the cost of housing industrialization are construct ed,cost management data for the subsequent implementation of the residential industri alization project to accumulate cost management experience,to enable enterprises to u ndertake the follow-up of residential industrialization projects to reduce costs,increase the effectiveness of the purpose.The significance of this research lies in:improving the cost management conscious ness of the construction enterprises in the face of the upcoming residential industrializ ation project,strengthening the cost management and control of residential industrializ ation,improving the cost management content of residential industrialization,so as to i mprove the profitability of construction enterprises, to provide reference for enterpris es.
