Refrigeration screw compressor are widely used in air conditioning,food,chemicals fields because of high reliability,easy operation and maintenance,good dynamic banlance and adaptability and so on.In order to match the customer capacity request,a set of slide valve mechanism drived by hydraulic usually be used to adjust the capacity.It also can save energy.The reliable hydraulic system is the key of keeping compressor running stablely.The unreasonable hydraulic system will lead the slide valve move too fast or too slow,or jam or automatically load and so on.The design of slide valve capacity regulating hydraulic system need to study the affect of the piston ring seal effect,the relation of oil pressure and oil flow,the relationship of oil flow and the slide valve speed,and the influence to slide valve motion about friction force and inlet and discharge pressure and the spring force etc.This paper research the imported compressor slide valve regulating hydraulic system,establish the dynamic equation by node-cavity method,and through the simulation analysis by MATLAB/Simulink software,get the relationship between the slide valve motion and various affect factor.And make the experimental to verify the simulation.The main contents are as follows:1) Introduce the slide valve capacity regulation hydraulic system structure and principle. Analysis the main components structure and introduce the whole hydraulic system schematic and principle.2) Build the mathematical modeling of static and dynamic characteristics by hydraulic principle and node-cavity method.3) Conduct the simulation analysis of the hydraulic system using MATLAB/Simulink software,research the effect of various factors to hydraulic system performance. And verify the simulation by experiment.Output of this paper can be used to do the check calculation for formed design,and also provide the theoretical support for new design of capacity regulation hydraulic system,and also provide guidance for solving similar hydraulic system quality issue.
