| In recent years, the application and research of intelligent control theory has been developed rapidly. The fuzzy control technology is an important branch of intelligent control. Many scholars and technicians have carried out a lot of application and research to the fuzzy control. In many fields, the fuzzy controller is well done. On the basis of the analysis and studies in the literature, combined with our actual work, we built a a look-up fuzzy controller in the electrical control system of the automobile middle armrest test fixture.In the debugging process of the actual system, it was found that the look-up table fuzzy controller in PLC can’t very convenient and stable. it was difficult to get satisfactory control results. In order to ensure the stability, the riseing time of the system will become very long; to reduce the rising time, the system will appear serious super even oscillation phenomenon. In order to improve the system’s performance, this paper puts forward an optimization scheme based on error factor. In the look-up table fuzzy controller’s output we introduced an error factor, using the product of the error’s absolute value and the look-up table method of fuzzy controller’s output as the actual output of the fuzzy controller. Through the introduction of an error factor, during the error is big, the error factor is enhance the output of the fuzzy controller. and it makes a faster reduction in error and to improve the system’s dynamic response; during error is small, the error factor weaken the fuzzy controller’s output, and keep the system stability.Firstly, the automobile middle armrest and its test were briefly introduced. Secondly, the basic concepts and principles of fuzzy control, working principle and developing tendency of the PLC were analsyed. Thirdly, the fuzzy controller design process and the look-up table method of fuzzy controller in PLC were analysed and researched. we put forward an optimized fuzzy controller using the error factor. Finally, using Lab VIEW software in the same control system, compared with the traditional PID controller and the optimized fuzzy controller of automobile middle armrest tester of pressure control effect were compared.Through the research of this paper, the error factor optimization fuzzy controller can completely meet the automobile middle armrest test requirements of pressure control. Compared with the control result of the traditional PID controller, the fuzzy controller is more robust. |
