In southwest of China,there is a lot rain in winter which will easily frozen at the low temperature. The ice on the road can greatly weakened the road's anti-slide performance, which will lead to more traffic accident, seriously affected the road traffic safety and transportation unobstructed. In the past, the usually mean is using salt and artificial snow-cleaning method after the road was frozen. However, on one hand, this method can't solve the road frozen problems on the other hand, salt which used to melt the ice will go into the ground with the melt water that will be harm to environment. Therefore find a preventive snow-cleaning technique has very important practical significance.An ice anti-ice material was used to instead of partial mineral powder to made the asphalt mixture AAM which can prevent the ice pavement come out. Then test the durability of the AAM under different dosage of AF and the thicknesses of ice.Emulsified asphalt, anti-ice agent, macro molecule polymer was used to made complex solution-emulsion disperse system as a pavement seal coat material. Evaluate the new anti-ice seal coat's anti-ice agent release rate,Bonding capacity, ice effect and the stability. After that the deicing mechanism were studied.The SEAM can be get by adding the rubber crumbs into asphalt mixture,then the deicing mechanism were studied. After contrasting analysis the effect of ice melted status under different rubber crumbs and thicknesses of ice, the best optimum proportion and service conditions of SEAM can be found.In the last part, carbon fiber was chosen to make the Conductive carbon fiber asphalt concrete. Then its preparation methods and electrical conductivity was study to optimize the design of Conductive carbon fiber- glass fiber grating.The anticoagulation ice powder experimental road was paved, and it was long-term observed. Through technical and economic evaluation, the feasibility of anticoagulation ice pavement was evaluated.
