| With the rapid development of China’s urbanization,the traffic capacity and service capabilities of existing urban roads have been unable to meet the travel needs of residents.The urban road cross-section in basic of green and ecology promote environment-friendly way to travel and it can relieve road congestion and reduce environmental pollution and ensure rational use of resources.At present,the researches on the urban road cross section arrange have so much in home and abroad.A number of relevant technical standards were proposed,but those were disorder and unsystematic.However,the actual standards and optimization system of urban road cross section of green ecological is blank.Therefore,the construction of urban road cross-section in basic of green and ecology has great practical significance.In this paper,the urban road cross section factors and design problems were analyzed comprehensively,the form of typical green and ecology of city road cross section was determined,the evaluation model based on fuzzy reconstruction optimization DEA was established.The main research contents including:(1)The basic forms and road features of urban road cross section were studied comprehensive.The design shortage of urban road cross section was presented from road grades and functions,traffic noise and safety,road landscape and greening,traffic flow characteristics.This laid a solid theoretical foundation for the design of green eco-city road cross section.(2)The selection criteria and arrange form of green eco-city road cross section based on the traffic flow were determined.Its constituent elements and setup requirements were analyzed systematically.On this basis,typical green eco-city road cross section was proposed.(3)The evaluation system of green and ecology of city road cross section factors was developed.On the basis of fuzzy reconstruct,the traditional DEA model was optimized by proposing two ideas.And ensure the evaluation of the green eco-city road cross section implement opportunely. |
