With the rapid development of social economy in Jinan and the increasing number of motor vehicles,the existing road infrastructure needs to be updated and improved urgently to meet the increasing traffic demand.For this reason,Jinan city has carried out a large-scale urban road reconstruction in the whole city,the western section of Lvyou road is one of them.At present,there are some existing roads along the western section of the Lvyou road,but the road structure is not perfect and unconnected,which cannot meet the normal vehicle traffic,which has a negative impact on the normal life and transportation of residents along the road.When completed,the western section of the Lvyou road will connect the eastern section of Liyang avenue and the southern section of Shungeng road,forming an important road connecting the north and south,which can create favorable conditions for improving the travel environment of nearby residents,enhancing the regional traffic accessibility and promoting the land development and utilization along the road.The scheme design and evaluation of urban road reconstruction is a very complex system engineering,which needs many links such as traffic investigation,traffic volume prediction,project construction scheme selection and comprehensive evaluation.Taking the reconstruction project of the west section of Lvyou road in JiNan city as an example,this paper conducts the investigation of regional traffic and social status,and on the basis of this,makes the traffic volume forecast,focusing on the design and evaluation of the reconstruction project of the west section of Lvyou road.Two design schemes were proposed for the reconstruction project of the west section of Lvyou road in JiNan city,and the two schemes were introduced in detail from four aspects: route,road engineering,green traffic and pipeline lighting.The index selection principle of the hierarchical evaluation index system is systematically analyzed and based on the actual characteristics of the reconstruction project of the western section of the Lvyou road in JiNan city,a comprehensive comprehensive evaluation index system was established from the four aspects of economic impact,environmental impact,social impact and energy conservation,and the main contents of the evaluation index system are expounded in detail.Based on the theory of AHP and fuzzy mathematics,the AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established.In the comprehensive evaluation of the reconstruction project of the western section of Lvyou road,the weight of each index in the evaluation index system was determined,the fuzzy relation matrix was calculated by the method of expert scoring,through a series of calculation,the corresponding points of the design scheme were obtained,and the optimal design scheme of the reconstruction project was finally determined.The empirical analysis shows that the model established in this paper is scientific,reasonable and feasible.The research of this paper is of great significance to the implementation of the reconstruction project of the Lvyou road.
