The aerodynamic performance of compressor blade has an important influence on pressure ratio and loss. Thus it is a key tache whether to design a blade which meets aerodynamic require.This chapter reserches on constructing the compressor blade based on S2 stream surface, Given 1D result and the circulation radial distribution,the variety rule of the parameters along the radial, especially the gas outlet angle, can be calculated by streamline curvature. So the geometry outlet angle,which is an important parameter in the blade construction can be gained with Cater model. Based on VC++, a set of tools warehouse about free curve is exploited to create blade profile. So the cascade can be completed. Selecting the tip cascade, middle cascade and root cascade as the basic, translate or rotate the cascade by shape and location of the stalking line and the type of duct.At last, calculate the designing parameters of the cascade by S2 inverse method with empirical formula.Once completed, the blade is analysed by CFD software. At the design speeds, the rotor achieves peak efficience of 0.844 and mass flow of 20.23kg/s.
