Parabolic mirror plate type condenser is a collection unit of the solar dish type power generation system, the stitching accuracy is determined by the collection efficiency of the condenser and the focal spot energy flow density distribution.Nowadays,dish condenser mirror installation testing technology is still not perfect, and lack of effective solutions.So the dish concentrator mirror installation detection method and device design research is of great significance.A efficient and precise installation detection device for the 38 k W level condenser mirror units is designed by this paper.The condenser lens unit position deviation affect the performance of condenser and mirror unit position installation adjustment method is studied, and the dish condenser lens unit installation detection device principle is designed.The main research content is as follows:First of all, the theoretical analysis of pose a condenser lens unit is presented by us, and we established the mathematical model of the lens unit angular point, mirror unit local position coordinates and mirror unit deviation mathematical model.Tabkind 38 k W dish concentrator of two pieces of the most outer ring and inner ring mirror unit for example,we introduced the position deviation angle and optical computing based on the theory of geometrical optics.Calculated the mirror units in the four points of reflection spot at the focal plane position, and the allowable deviation scope of mirror unit posture angle are determined.Secondly, based on visual measuring method, and the mirror units position binary visual measurement method are put forward, and the mirror unit position of light spot of monocular vision measuring methods.The calibration of the binary camera and the image processing are studied, The extraction doesn't favor the lens unit angular point based on the edge of the test, and the methods of extracting mirror corner unit using the Harris operator are determined.The solid time(fixed mirror unit in a four ball hinge bolt, adjust the other three) of the lens unit posture adjustment method are put forward, and the mirror unit posture error analysis model of angle adjustment is built.Results show that :when the mirror unit of ball joint bolt overshoot within 0~20mm range, the posture angle deviation of the mirror units is small and negligible, it can verify the feasibility of this method.Finally, the design principle of condenser mirror installation testing device is carried out.The device is mainly composed of visual measuring system and parallel laser light source.The laser light source implementation scheme degree of parallelism is 3.44' is determined; the 38 k W condenser most inner ring and outer ring mirror unit of the angular point coordinate measurement error is put forward.The errors of measurement of mirror cell pose angle adjustment are analyzed, at the same time, the edge points within the normal line deviation and unparallel incident light influence on focusing spot size and the position is discussed.The visual measurement accuracy is determined higher within 1mm; the system layout and camera camera parameters are analyzed in detail based on the visual measuring accuracy measurement.
