| In nowadays electronic measurement field, there are many problems, such as testing equipment, testing difficulty and complicated operation,traditional and single function’s measuring instrements can’t satisfy the demand of equipment complicated and test parameters diversity. By using new modern testing technology and software technology of instrument circuit, radio frequency comprehensive test instrument integrated a variety of measuring instruments and computer at component level. Making the instruments not only has the advantages of multiple functions, portable, operation guidance function of the new features, but also the performance parameters of the comprehensive test capacity has been improved.This paper summarised from the results of the comprehensive test instrument research, according to the demand of the research of radio frequency comprehensive instrument,detailed descriptes the overall design of comprehensive test instrument,the hardware design and sofeware design,and the comprehensive test instrument is aplied to the modeling theory and method of noise figure.The main contents are as follows:(1)In the research of modern communication equipment test characteristics on the basis of performance parameters,this paper puts forward the Specific functional requirements,technical indicators and the allover design scheme,and analyzes the key problems in the process of instrument hardware design.(2)Detailed design the display and control software of comprehensive test instrument.On the windows operating system,call the MFC class libaray synthetic control the instrument module video signal method,solved the issues of single instrument display and software compatibility;for the issue of different parameters need to display different content of guidance,designed the test software of performance parameters, implements the arbitrary parameter test guidance model.(3)Detailed design the data management software of comprehensive test instrument. According to the function that the data management software needs to realize, the function module of the data management software is divided, and the function of each module is designed in detail, and some key codes are given.(4)Based on the study of the traditional noise figure test method, according to the characteristics of the comprehensive test,this paper puts forward two kinds of noise figure measurement methods based on radio frequency comprehensive test instrument, and guidance for the arbitrary parameter test model provides a case analysis.At present, the comprehensive test instrument has been basically complete, the software can stable operate in comprehensive test instrument system, the function module can operate independently and achieve test standard. |
