A Study On The Design Of Industrialized House To Meet The Needs Of The Residents

The industrialized residential house development has been a century of history, and gradually formed a mature system and is continuing to move forward. In the face of the special situation of our country, which is more population with less land and the continuous advance of the process of urbanization, we need provide for the public a long-term residential mode, which is adaptable and affordable foe the general public, with advanced industrialization technology. Due to a late start, China’s housing industrialization still exists many problems. Exploring a new type of industrialization system suitable for China’s national conditions and the development of the future is a problem worthy of study.According to the development of the domestic housing industry and the existing problems, with the research and analysis of the industrialized house development history and current situation, it is pointed out that there are three main problems about the industrialization of congregate housing design:insufficient participation of dweller, lack of adaptability and main and auxiliary components without separation design. Then, based on the analysis of the history of the development of the industrialized housing and related theories, the reasons of the problems and the direction of solving the problems are discussed. It is pointed that the root reason is failure to properly resolve the contradiction between standardization and diversification in the design of industrialized housing, which caused the house cannot be better adapted to the needs of residents, and we need through the design of the residential into two levels, to strengthen the participation of households, so as to achieve the diversification of living space on the basis of standardized construction. According to the comprehensive analysis of the problem,the new industrialized housing, Building base and Assembly household, is put forward, and then it’s explains their concept. The former is the standard space designed by the architect to create the basic conditions for the latter; the latter is dominated by the residents of the personalized space, under the former control and limit. The two are interrelated and separated from each other, and they are relatively independent. Through the combination of them, new type of industrialized housing can better coordinate the contradiction between standardization and diversification of design, to fully adapt to the needs of the individual and dynamic changes of occupants. Then from the angle of design strategy, it respectively study the household plan design, house type design and the industrialization of the Building base and the system composition, space design and construction materials of the Assembly household. Hope that the new industrialized house design can provide a new idea to solve practical problems.
