Since the history of rural construction has been the focus of attention of the community since the modern topic, built what? How to build? This is the background of the times and the practical background of the research.The author tries to from the community to create a concept and build a capable of perception and interpretation with precursor to explore the meaning of the typical practice of rural construction research framework, and concludes the general construction method and internal and external social force interaction, from bottom to top, from the organization and operation in law, from a theoretical height realize the value of these good practice. To participate in the rural construction planners and policy makers provide a "bottom-up" approach of the construction of reference, and on the study of theory and practice is less than urban planning mature rural planning for reflection.This paper takes the community building as a research perspective, and will have the social construction mechanism as the research object, using the relevant theory of the new institutional economics as the analysis tool.
