Research On The Design Of Yao Ethnic Group’s New Rural Community Service Based On Design Poverty Alleviation

Faced with the current new rural revitalization requirements,the poverty alleviation measures during the period of poverty alleviation have been unable to meet the needs of modern new rural construction,and the poverty-stricken areas of ethnic minorities are facing a series of problems such as imperfect revitalization mechanism and insufficient endogenous power for sustainable development.Taking Yao’s new rural community construction as the research object,it explores the service design strategy of minority new rural construction,aiming to meet the needs of local ethnic culture activation,community economic development,and activation of participation motivation.Based on this,based on the sustainable livelihood theory,a sustainable livelihood framework for poverty alleviation in Yao villages was constructed;the evaluation indicators were constructed and weighted by using the analytic hierarchy process and the Delphi method,and the evaluation indicators of the sustainability of livelihood capital in the Yao areas were obtained.On this basis,it explores the key factors affecting the construction of Yao villages.The research shows that,according to the DFID sustainable livelihood analysis framework,the Yao village design sustainable livelihood framework for poverty alleviation is constructed to make it more targeted.Relying on this analysis framework,we systematically analyze the advantages and disadvantages of Yao villages’ development,with cultural capital and design capital as the first-level indicators,material culture layer,behavioral culture layer,and service design improvement of local villagers as the secondlevel indicators and 26 corresponding third-level indicators.The index constitutes the index system for the sustainability evaluation of livelihood capital in Yao areas.The evaluation weight data shows that spiritual culture and service design promote local villagers as the indicators with the highest weight value.In the process of village community service design,it is necessary to pay attention to the connotation of Yao culture,and to support "wisdom" as the focus of design intervention.According to the previous evaluation results,the design and operation mechanism of community service is proposed,and strategic suggestions are put forward from three aspects.Community construction: improve the community governance system and establish a dynamic management system;improve the community service system and optimize the content of community services;parties collaborated together.In terms of personal development: highlight the value of villagers and improve the level of user experience;introduce design talents to improve the innovation ability of villagers;carry out technical training to improve the professional quality of villagers.In terms of ethnic culture:improve villagers’ participation in self-governance and revitalize ethnic culture;design and intervene in ethnic cultural industries to enhance monetization capabilities;inherit ethnic culture during development and realize cultural empowerment.The combination of the sustainable livelihood analysis framework and the AHP can help improve the endogenous power of farmers and a more comprehensive and objective strategy for building new rural communities.In the context of rural revitalization,this paper explores the way in which service design intervenes in the construction of new rural communities.Its research ideas and analysis framework can play a certain reference value for the design of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization practice.
