Almost all inertial navigation system is under a lot of vibration in their work time, due to the nature of the flight guidance application, while these vibrations are often accompanied by high acceleration. Linear vibrator is a kind of inertia test equipment, which can simulate high acceleration environment, and use to study the identification of higher-order error in the pendulum accelerometer and gyroscope coefficient. But now the accuracy of linear vibrator and the process of experimental measurement is lower, and it is very difficult to get the distortion degree of 1%, what is more, low frequency(below 0.1Hz and vibration period 10s) vibrator is difficult to realize in the international and domestic. Therefore, this thesis designs on linear vibrator with high-precision and low-frequency.The purpose and significance of the research are introduced, and present situation at home and abroad of linear vibrator and analysis the existence question is proposed. In order to achieve the low frequency of linear vibrator, this paper puts forward the main technical requirements of the linear vibrator design. With the working condition of test bed, the corresponding mechanical analysis is carried out on the guide rail and the crank plate.The key parts of the linear vibrator were calculated, respectively, the linear vibrator push rod rigidity, compressive bar stability checking calculation. And the deformation of the beam, the crank shaft stiffness, the mild fluffing mechanism of crank shaft positioning locking pin and deformation are analyzed, and the emphasis on the crank balance iron related calculation, to check calculation of shaft stiffness and rolling bearing. Finally, through every calculation results, the paper selects the dimensions and material of the key part.Linear motor is the main motivation of the vibration test system components. When it is equal or close to the natural frequency of the motor vibration and the frequency of the rotor rotation, there will be violent vibration that makes structural damage on the motor. Therefore, the paper discussed in detail about the applicable scope of the extraction method of all kinds of model in FEM, that determines the extraction method of linear motor. Then the paper analysis the pre-stressed modal of the linear motor, for determining the natural frequency of the motor vibration and the vibration mode that proof there will be no more violent under the rated conditions, what means motor can run safety.The design of the linear vibrator with low frequency is tested. The paper determines the work environment and conditions of the linear vibrator, and the introduction of equipment which is needed for testing, and then completed the test of spindle vibration table, the base of the drive shaft and the body, and last the reliability of the vibration table is put forward to the line.
