Aluminum alloy has the advantages of low density, high specific strength, good cutting performance and low cost. It is widely used in the fields of aerospace, electrical and electronic, mechanical manufacturing, power energy and so on. At the same time, in aircraft structure design and manufacturing, in order to improve the mobility of flight, load and voyage ability enhancement, many skeleton parts especially main bearing load structure parts adopt the overall design. Therefore, the overall structure of large aluminum alloy material in the aircraft manufacturing industry has been widely used. However, the metal removal rate is high, the rigidity is poor, the machining quality and precision of the whole structure is very difficult to guarantee. In order to solve this problem, the high speed cutting technology is introduced, which can improve the numerical control machining level of the aluminum alloy structure parts to a new height.In this paper, the characteristics of 7050 aluminum alloy material and cutting process are analyzed, and the characteristics of the aluminum alloy material are discussed, and the method to solve the deformation of the whole structure is given. Through the introduction of the characteristics of high speed cutting technology, expounds the effect of integral structure machining, the processing technology, equipment, tools and select the handle, tool geometric parameters and cutting parameters method to determine.In this paper, the influence of cutting parameters, cutting force and surface quality on the high speed milling of 7050 aluminum alloy material is established. The characteristics of high speed milling of aluminum alloy were studied, and the effects of the whole structure in the process of cutting tools and cutting parameters on machining quality and efficiency were analyzed and discussed.The design and test of the typical parts are designed and tested. Through the process analysis of the parts, this paper discusses the method and process of the process planning. After comparison, the advantages of high speed cutting technology are shown, which provides a positive reference for the processing of the whole structure of aviation.
