1970s-1980s Residential Area Reform Strategies On Space And Function Of Northern China

In this theisi, with the analysis of the space and function problems of 1970-1980 s built residential buildings in northern china, including residential space function and facilities and physical environment,then putting forward feasible strategies to improve the residential status. The valuable factors of housing reform also have been discussed.The main problems of space and function are small area, unreasonable house type, uncomfortable interior design, lacking of barrier-free facilities and lacking of awareness of cultural environment. As to outdoor physical environment, the defect of indoor physical environmental facilities and aging of structural facilities. Feasible strategies which have been put forward in this thesis are expand space with wise ways, rich the functions of the house, including refine the interior design and house type as reasonable as possible, improve the indoor and outdoor physical environment and give a thought about the cultural environment development.Finally,coming to the conclusion that the 1970-1980 s built residential buildings have a relatively big market potential. According to the actual situation and the nationa l standard and policy guidance, we should choose optimal retrofit scheme and modify e xisting residential, to offer the residential buidings with high cost performance, resourc e saving and environmental protecting features.By studying academic materials, cases, and reading related theories both at home and abroad, and on the basis of the research of existing residential in 1970s-1980 s northern China, this article will evaluate the problems, gains and loss in the progress of resi dential renovation of our country. Then exploring the solutions toward those problems. The aim of this article is to come up with some practical ideas, ways and modes for res idential renovation.
