Research On Interior Space Renovation And Function Improvement Of Old Residential Buildings Based On SI System

The old residential buildings built in batches in the 1980 s and 1990 s still have high market value and attraction because of their large stock,high standardization,good location,perfect infrastructure and mature community,and the high quality of structure,far from reaching the service life,still have great use value.But at the same time,there are also some problems,such as low construction level and functional allocation,aging components and low quality of living,which seriously restrict the living standards of residents.At present,in order to improve the living conditions,the old house transformation mainly concentrates on the external space of the house,which is manifested in the government-led structural reinforcement,energy-saving renovation of the peripheral protection system and the addition of elevators,etc.However,the most urgent need for the renovation of the old house is to upgrade the function of the indoor space in order to achieve the goal of high-quality living.In this context,this paper has practical significance to study the function improvement of the old house interior space.At present,the long-lived and sustainable SI system housing has received widespread attention.The SI system divides the housing into structural support and internal filler.The realization of the living room function lies in the internal filler,which includes the interior partition wall,ceiling and ground system,as well as the functional product(pipeline,equipment system and functional product serving the use of the function).The two systems are designed and assembled together.It realizes the whole function of the house quickly.At the same time,the rapid development of industrialization technology of interior filler also gives room space great flexibility and can realize rapid transformation and internal maintenance without affecting the main structure.The separation of SI support and filler and the development of interior industrialization broaden the thinking of interior transformation of old houses.At present,the application of SI system in the renovation of old residential buildings has achieved some results,but lack of detailed research,and the theory of indoor space renovation and function upgrading of old residential buildings based on SI system is relatively scarce.This paper focuses on the improvement of indoor space function of old residential buildings.Starting with the advantages,characteristics and core ideas of SI system,this paper analyses the construction methods of its interior filling body;secondly,it summarizes the problems and difficulties of interior renovation of old residential buildings in the past;secondly,it analyses the interior renovation of SI system in old residential buildings,aiming at meeting the functional needs of households and the development trend of living space,combining with its advanced technology and experience.Applicability in space renovation.On the basis of the above research,this paper summarizes the methods of functional upgrading shown by the successful transformation examples of SI system,summarizes the transformation methods and principles that should be paid attention to in the process of functional upgrading,and uses these principles to guide the deduction of the strategy of functional upgrading,and puts forward "separating the support and filler of old residential buildings","optimizing the basic decoration and pipeline of filler body","leading".The integrated transformation strategy of the interior partition wall system and the whole kitchen and toilet,the adjustment of the functional relationship of the interior space of the residence,and the improvement of the spatial function of the functional parts is from the whole to the part.Finally,a typical old mixed structure residential building is selected in the West City of Beijing to carry out the design of indoor space function upgrading and transformation.Combining with the strategy of function upgrading summarized above,this paper demonstrates the practicability of this method.It provides ideas for the research on the type of upgrading function of the old residence interior industrialization transformation,and provides reference for the future indoor transformation projects of the old residence.Finally,the shortcomings and future development directions of this research are put forward,and the summary and prospect are given.
