Besides, the paper further analysis the structure and planning principles of TOD community under the guidance of TOD theory. Synthesize the detailed analysis of the TOD mode, in order to provide operational development pattern for district of city,this paper further introduces the transit village that the TOD theory under the guidance of land development mode.
