The increasing development of civil aviation transportation has caused serious congestion, which often results in the low efficiency and the potential risks of airport surface traffic system.How to meet the growing demand of air transportation with more effective using of existing airport facilities has became an important research topic.It is an important method with the taxing optimization emulation for aircraft and collision detection to explore to use effectively airport facilities. Considering the actual requirement, the operations of aircraft at the airport ground were concerned in this paper, and mainly including the following:Firstly, it is necessary to exhibit the background and significance of this paper, even the fundamental knowledge of civil airport.Next, the basic theory of AA(ant algorithm), along with its advantages and disadvantages on the optimism problems, is presented. Besides, the merit comparison among AA, GA and general Dijkstra algorithm has been done for the solution of finding possible taxing trajectories. With the analysis of airport ground operation and classic taxiing conflictions, plus the detailed taxiing safety, a new trajectory selection algorithm is put forward, as well as its mathematical model.At the end, the adoption of Simulation in MATLAB is an efficient way to examine AA mathematical model with safety constrains,GA mathematical model with safety constrains and the optimal trajectory Dijkstra model without safety constrains. In the paper, ShuangLiu airport is texted on by both models. After that, the results are undergone conflict detection,and then they illustrate that when there is a small flight number, they are almost the same and there are no conflicts in both models; however, when the number gets to a much more amount,especially during a busy time, Dijkstra algorithm has confilcts, but AA and GA have no conflicts. It saves more time by taking AA than by GA and improve the efficiency of the operation of the airport. It shows us the validity of AA.
