With the rapid development of national economy and the fast increase of the number aircrafts, more and more airport snow removal vehicles are needed to work in large airports.So the requirement of command and dispatch system and security for airport snow removal vehicles becomes more and more strict. As to cater for the requirement, improve work efficiency of airport snow removal vehicles, avoid entering the airstrip and scrapping with the aircrafts, based on the actual application of the airport project, command and dispatch system for airport snow removal vehicles in work-process was designed.The principle of the position of GPS was analyzed, together with the real time positioning of the airport snow removal vehicles designed and realized by using of the differential GPS positioning technology.The system which included the information collecting and processing system for the airport snow removal vehicles' status and for the working abilities was designed to realize the information transmission between the car GPS module terminal and the control center.The airport map drew by MapInfo. The graphic display of the process of the scheduling about the workings of the airport snow removal vehicles was realized by using of the GIS development technology based on the MapX component. And then, the dynamic monitoring and command and scheduling for the airport snow removal vehicles realized.The mathematic model of the command and dispatch for the airport snow removal vehicles constructed. The algorithm based on Breadth-First Search algorithm is used to find the right scheme of the command and dispatch works. The effectiveness and the convergence of model was verified by the simulation results.
