At present, the most of airport luggage handling system are used in our country's main airports, which are bought a full set of products abroad, expensive, technically controlled by others. Therefore, the independent intellectual property rights of automated baggage handling products are needed to us urgently, to reduce construction costs, to establish a complete aviation industrial system. In referring to foreign shuttle car type airport luggage handling system's ideas, our own opinions are put forward, the automatic luggage handling is achieved in running the separate shuttle car system. Owing to the complexity of this system, a part of this system is selected as a research subject- Shuttle Car. By body structure of shuttle car,speed fuzzy control of shuttle car, between shuttle car and PC wireless communications aspects of the study, completed as part of the design of shuttle car.First, the shuttle car type of airport luggage handling system's overall workflow and shuttle car's role in the system is introduced. Meanwhile, shuttle car's body structure, power supplying system, control system, wireless communications, electronic differential and other issues were studied and the final design of shuttle car is supplied of effective basis.Secondly, the speed of shuttle car control theoretical reasoning is based on fuzzy control theory, In the Simulink environment, the operation of the shuttle vehicle speed control was simulated. Reasoning and simulation results show that the dynamic characteristics of the acceleration of shuttle car can be effectively changed. The desired purpose was achieved.At last, the AT89C52 MCU and wireless transceiver chip nRF905 as the core of the wireless communication module which are used in control system of the Shuttle Car in airport luggage handling system. The system was consisted of PC, communication module and the terminal Shuttle Car. It is achieved that the two-way wireless communication system between the Shuttle Car and the main controller, and the specific design scheme, hardware and software are given.
