Aircraft Power System(APS) is responsible to supply power to all the onboard electrical equipments and realize automatic load management. Therefore, the simulation for APS is an important part of Aircraft Maintenance Simulator(AMS) to train fault isolation ability of mechanician. Based on the aircraft power system fault simulation at home and abroad,dual-channel power supply system simulation model which can process the fault disturbances is established for AIRBUS 320 series aircraft.Based on detailed analysis of APS, neglected transient changing process, according to the problems of various faults and difficulty to deal with both control and data flow, combined with Dual Transitions Petri Net and fault injection method, Bi-enabling DTPN(BEDTPN)model is proposed. First, put forward system modeling principle and procedure after analyzing power priority and different configurations. Next, emphatically discuss the fault injection mechanism to establish input model. Then, establish system invisible and visible output model to realize system output from power to load and display terminal. Last, based on the system input and output model and the established diagram model, build BEDTPN model for all components. According to the I/O relationship between component ports, reference to signal transmission circuit, establish simulation model on MATLAB/Simulink and the experimental waveforms are given.Simulation results show that each component output is consistent with manual logic and fault effects in TSM under different configuration and fault disturbances, indicating that the model can manage the power priority and reflect the real-time impacts of fault disturbances which meet the requirements of AMS.
