One of the important factors for retaining, restoring and improving the military combat capability is military equipment maintenance. Nowadays, the war preparations and the process have been greatly accelerated in the high-tech local wars. Military combat capability will be more dependent on "battle of regeneration" of the weapons and equipments. It also will be more dependent on maintenance and support. In peacetime, maintenance is used to retain the combat readiness, extend the use and storage life, and ensure the needs of the army's training, duty and combat readiness during the use and storage of the weapons and equipments. This requires the engineers to have high-theoretical level and management and operational capacity. In our country, the form of maintenance training is very simple. So it is difficulte to expand. The training content is limited by kinds of factors. And the training cycle is so long that it can not achieve the desired effect.On the basis of researching the status and the problems, the military aircraft maintenance and support system is discussed, the way to change the system and reform the technology is explored here in this paper. In the maintenance area, the theory has been mature in civil aviation. And it has an effective maintenance general outline to guide practices. At the same time, there is a complete set of training system and advanced training method to ensure the training people have mature technology and rapid response capability in the training aera. Military aircraft maintenance can learn from the experience of civil aviation. In light of its own characteristics, the Civil Aviation's mature theory and technology can apply in the military field.Maintenance training system is discussed in this paper. The three training modes, system structure, management functions, and training procedures are introduced. The design of the man-machine interface, multi-screen control technology, fault tree analysis, and database access technology is analysed. Then, a certain type of fire control system is studied. At last, a maintenance training simulation of fire control system for this type of aircraft is established. The feasibility of the system applied in the military field is proved in this paper.
