Over the recent years,Vehicular Ad-Hoc Network(VANETS) have emerges as a attractive academic research, and is widely used in industrial field, It can provide more convenient service for drivers and traffic managers, and increases the safety of vehicles. But communications between vehicles can be used to locate and track the vehicle, so protecting the privacy is essential. Then cryptosystem can solve this problem well. Therefore, based on the lattice signature research and the non-interactive zero-knowledge proof proof system(NIZK), a ring signature scheme(NURSR) in the use of R-LWE is proposed. Compared with the traditional encryption scheme, it is able to resist quantum attack; compared with the general ring signature, it can track down the identity of the signer, through the ring members collapse. The NURSR scheme adds additional signature content, and members actively cooperate with each other, then it can trace the identity of the signer. It can rely on a non-interactive zero knowledge proof system, to verify if there is at least one real signer in the ring signature. Then security analysis of NURSR is given and proved. After that, the scheme is compared to the existing two ring signature one with performance analysis. Finally, the key algorithms of NURSR is analyzed and achieved. The deployment of experimental environment is finished to get solutions of initialization, signature, verification time and make analysis according to VANETS environment.NURSR is proposed, it can not only protect the privacy of users, also achieve non-repudiation. In addition, NURSR satisfies the following properties: strongly unforgeable, ambiguous and verifiable. And NURSR show feasible in the VANETS environment.
