The more popularization of the vehicle and the application of wireless network,the more demands for car service.However,the characters of VANET make it vulnerable to the security threat from attackers,resulting in the privacy of the car unit will be disclosed in the communication process.The privacy information of vehicle units in VANET often contain the identity information of the driver,the vehicle information and so on,those will disclose the driver's life habits and driving habits.So the disclosure of privacy may cause a great deal of trouble to the driver.The message which contain the privacy information were leaked by the VANET users,the right solution to solve the problem is not presented now.If the message is hijacked by the attacker,the privacy of the car user will be leaked.In order to solve this problem,we use the safe property of sanitizable signature to research the privacy protection of VANET,and a privacy protection algorithm of identity-based sanitizable signature for VANET is proposed in this paper.The work in this paper mainly includes two aspects:1.We propose a privacy protection algorithm of identity-based sanitizable signature for VANET.It is extremely important to protect users' privacy in VANET,so we combine the VANET node and the characteristic of sanitizable signature algorithm,to design a privacy protection algorithm,first more the specific implementation method and performance analysis of the algorithm.In the algorithm,we allow the third trusted party as a sanitizer to modify the specified privacy information to hiding or eliminating the sensitive information that they want to protect on the basis of ensuring the validity and legality of the signature message.2.We give the security proof of the algorithm under standard model.In order to make the algorithm closer to practical application,we mainly consider the security properties of the indistinguishability and unforgeabiliy.We give the security model of the algorithm,and the security proof under standard model.
