As the most important electromechanical energy conversion device, the motor has been applied in various fields of the national economy, and the motor servo drive technology directly affects the development of all walks of life. With the transformation of China's manufacturing industry and the development of new energy industry, the application of the motor will be more extensive, and the requirements of personnel about the relevant aspects of the motor servo drive technology will be more and more high. Research on this subject is to develop motor servo drive system, this paper designed a universal motor servo drive platform for teaching, easy to train more personnel about motor servo drive technology.First of all, I analyze the domestic and foreign research status of the motor servo drive and the frontier development of related technologies. In order to learn the motor drive technology easily for other learners, I put forward the general integrated motor driving scheme. This scheme can realize a platform to drive a variety of motor, facilitate learners to learn a variety of motor drive technology.Secondly, LCD display and other convenient man-machine interface function is designed for this system, which is convenient to view the system information and switch sensor, so as to drive different types of motor. In order to facilitate communication with the PC, monitor real-time status of the motor running and comply with the development requirements of the industrial monitoring system to the network, intelligent direction, the communication system is designed for this system. It includes CAN bus communication and UART serial communication.Then, on the basis of analyzing the working principle of step motor, the mathematical model was built according to the basic circuit equation. the two-phase hybrid stepping motor control system simulation model was constructed by using Matlab/Simulink, and the swing characteristics of system was analyzed through the simulation model. The analysis of the swing characteristic is of great significance to the research of the optimal open-loop control frequency of the two phase hybrid stepping motor.Finally, according to the proposed the general integrated motor driving scheme, the paper completed the design and manufacture of the system hardware, and carried out software programming debugging of two kinds of motors. This system uses dsPIC33 F family microcontroller of Microchip as a core, and uses the four phase inverter circuit as the driver circuit. and has hall position sensor, magnetic encoder, photoelectric encoder, rotating transformer, these four kinds of sensors. According to the type of the motor, we can switch the sensor by DIP switch. The system also has protection circuit, CAN bus communication, UART asynchronous serial communication, man-machine interface system and other functions. It is very convenient for learners to learn a variety of motor drive technology.
