Nonballasted-track CPⅢ plane network is freely set station corner intersection networks, the netting is imported earliest from Germany, the introduction of the initial stage, the shape of the network solution adjustment method of finite are often directly by the introduction of adjustment software of the solution, in recent years, with the rapid development of high-speed railway in China, the high-speed rail construction unit of CPⅢ plane network in-depth study, at present, the domestic of CPⅢ plane network solution method, while it is comparatively mature. But CPⅢ plane network calculation method research still needs to be improved, which is why domestic CPⅢ plane observation network often need to in the evening, and not like experts measurement in Germany as in the daytime can observe, through data processing to realize the measurement control. In this paper, learning to absorb the previous study on the CPⅢ plane network, the article focuses on the following;(1) the existing commonly used partition astatic approximate coordinates method is improved, traditional CPⅢ approximate coordinates of calculation steps have polar coordinate method calculation, freely set station coordinate calculation, coordinate conversion parameters and four conversion three calculation model, this paper the traditional method is improved, eliminating the free establishment of station coordinates calculation steps, four partition parameter coordinate conversion method was proposed. The method reduced computational complexity, improve the computational efficiency, simulation experiments proved that the method is used to calculate the approximate coordinates with high precision, can meet the CPⅢ plane network adjustment requirements.(2) for CPⅢ network plane constraint adjustment methods are summarized. From the plane observation network value method, the error equation is established and a posteriori estimation weighting method, adjustment accuracy assessment made a comprehensive summary, of CPⅢ plane network solution steps of the method in detail.(3) the feasibility and correctness of this method is verified by the simulation experiment, and the accuracy of the CPⅢ plane control network is verified by the accuracy analysis of the experimental results, which show that the CPⅢ plane control network has the characteristics of high longitudinal precision and lateral accuracy.
