| The X-ray framing camera is one of the most effective rapid diagnostic tools in laser technology and inertial confinement fusion, and it has been widely used in national defense science and technology and physics research. The X-ray framing camera consists of CCD camera system, the MCP image intensifier, the circuit control system and air-box. As control and command center of the entire system, the stability and security play an important role in the system.This camera system adopts client / server(C/S) control mode, Using the industrial computer as the server, connecting CPLD control board with PC104. The remote client logins in the server and controls it by socket. And the client has the ability to control more than one server at the same time. The research work of this paper mainly includes the following aspects:1?It has analyzed the background of the X-ray framing camera, introduced the high-speed photography technology, inertial confinement fusion technology, the framing camera's structures, the working principle and specifications.2?Designed the entire scheme of the X-ray framing camera remote control system, and introduced the Several important parts of it.3?Completed hardware design of CPLD control board, which includes trigger detection, power control module,delay circuit and environment monitoring module. Designed CLPD control code based on VHDL, welded circuit and debugged the PCB board.4?Completed the design of remote control system based on Visual C++ 6.0. Many technologies have been adopted, such as Socket, TCP/IP, multithreading technology and WinIO control of I/O ports. Measured function of each module and proved the whole system working properly. It is also verified the hardware and software of the system can collaborative work successfully. |
