Flight scheduling is closely related to the airline's vital interests and passenger satisfaction. However, differences between pre-scheduling and actual scheduling are inevitable duing to uncertainty factors. It may cause flight delays, and even influence flight operating efficiency. Therefore, optimizing flight schedule algorithm and making pre-scheduling close to actual scheduling will be needed to solve the problem.The historical flight sorting difference data is attempted to analyze a large number of historical flight sorting difference data, to find out the rules of the differences. Departure flight scheduling algorithm is optimized by utilizing the rules in order to reducing the problem caused by the scheduling difference.Firstly, the method of mining multi-dimensional association rules, multiple-level association rules and constraint association rules are analyzed and studied, a feasible method of mining multi-dimensional multiple-level constraint association rules is put forward and optimized in the aspects of memory, query and algorithmic processes.Secondly, association rules model of departure flight scheduling is established. To find the rules of the difference between pre-scheduling and actual scheduling,departure flight scheduling data is analyzed by utilizing the improved mining method.Lastly, based on the flight scheduling difference, the optimized departure flight scheduling model is established. The optimized scheduling model considers two situations of flight delays and normal flight flow. Simulation experiment is used to verify the optimized results and shows that the flight scheduling differences are reduced. This can reduce the problems caused by airlines and airports flight inadequately prepared duing to scheduling difference, improve the efficiency of flight operation, and reduce the working pressure of airport dispatcher, improve the efficiency of flights.
