Ports are an important supporting force for logistics at home and abroad,and the increasingly competitive environment has prompted the port to transition to a smarter and more refined direction.Bulk cargo ports are the most widely distributed ports in the country,involving the widest area and the most complex functions.The layout of port functional areas has a very significant impact on the operation of the entire port.The overall operating cost and operating efficiency of the port,as well as the resource utilization rate of each part,have been highly valued by industry experts.The main influencing factors are the rationality of the overall layout of the port functional area,the relevance of each area,the division of area,and whether Adapting to different business needs and whether the operating costs,operating procedures,and vehicle operating distances are reasonable are also important factors in judging the layout.This article introduces association rules to mine and analyze port big data,and uses a multi-objective optimization model to model the port functional area layout planning model,there are several aspects:(1)Using the port Io T log data and the vehicle operation trajectory data of the production business system,use the association rule theory to mine the trajectory data,quantify the association relationship between the port functional areas,and find out the key road sections in the port And association rules to provide data support for the later model building.(2)According to the characteristics of the bulk cargo port,a bulk cargo port layout planning model is constructed,and a multi-objective optimization model is constructed by using the three objectives of the highest degree of relevance of the port functional area,the least travel time of the key path of the port,and the least cost of port operations.The model is solved by an improved genetic-ant colony algorithm.The method of entropy weight TOPSIS is used to evaluate the solution,find the optimal solution,and perform algorithm analysis and model checking.(3)According to the characteristics of the bulk cargo port and the model construction and solution process mentioned above,design and develop a layout planning system for the bulk cargo port functional area.Adopt the integrated architecture of vue.js + Spring Boot + Mybatis,adopt the separation of front and back ends,and use the data obtained by the FP-Growth algorithm to fuse the genetic-ant colony algorithm to make it possible in the bulk cargo port layout planning system application.Realize the intelligence of the layout planning system.This paper introduces the theory of correlation,multi-objective optimization theory,and TOPSIS theory of entropy weight into the port functional area layout planning problem.The realization of the bulk cargo port layout planning system fully considers the actual needs of bulk cargo port construction,realizes the effective integration of related functional areas,and improves the optimal allocation of port logistics resources.
