Study On ATM Issues In Hub Airport Orientation Realization

With the rapid development of civil aviation transportation industry in our country, the construction of the hub airport presents a momentum of rapid development, the realization of the hub airport function is the premise and foundation of the whole hub airport construction and development, which is put forward different requirements on all aspects of air traffic management, airport and airlines. ATM is treated as a strategic level of the whole plan on hub airport airline network, and very important to guarantee airport planning and construction and the vigorous development of China’s civil aviation. So viewing ATM issues in hub airport function realization and traffic network planning problems, which has the most important significance.The research falls into the following parts:The current research status of the hub airport function orientation, ATM system and the airline network is introduced. And the ATM issues of hub airport function realization are analyzed. What’s more, the current domestic airline network problems and solutions were researched from the root. ACQI modeling method is used to calculate the domestic airport airline network connectivity through the extensive data processing with MATLAB, finally ACQI value to the hub airport at all levels is evaluated and analyzed. What’s more,connectivity extensibility model is built combined with the time dimension. Combined with accessibility factors such as load factors, delay time, and transfer point congestion on departure and arrival, Shanghai Hongqiao airport is studied as an example on traffic network optimization research. The calculation results are comparatively studied by using SIMMOD before and after the optimization. Finally, the suggestions are put forward.In conclusion, in this paper, the airline network, which is the typical ATM issues in the hub airport on the process of hub airport function realization, are conducted thorough research,and timely found the unreasonable factors on the airline network, then taken effective measures to ensure the operation safety of the whole system.
