Virtual maintenance uses computer simulation technology and virtual reality technology to simulate realistic maintenance procedure, as field maintenance for personnel training appears many deficiencies, helicopter virtual maintenance visualization platform proposes a new way of maintenance training, not only from the time, space, area it makes maintenance work more efficient and easier, but also saves the cost of maintenance maintenance objects, to ensure the safety of maintenance personnel.In this paper, training and teaching as a starting point, through the study of virtual maintenance-related technologies and methods, we achieves the following results:The subject use a linear sequence model based on constraint dismantling of disassembly sequence planning;Collision detection is an important part of the virtual maintenance areas,collision detection method is proposed to improve the fidelity of the maintenance procedure.In addition, and pre-flight/post-flight maintenance module are designed in detail.To enable participants to improve step by step, the system is set to learning, training, assessment of three modes to meet the training requirements of different participants;Finally, to solve the routine problems of fault diagnosis in the process of virtual maintenance training system, it presents a simulation straining strategy which is based on virtual instrument testing and fault location.Using VC ++ tools and Vega Prime visual simulation platform as a development solutions and using flt file as a maintenance object model format, we determine the system of solutions after the analysis of the system's location and functional requirements, and achieve the development of the helicopter virtual maintenance visualization platform.Virtual maintenance system takes the main line: Background- Requirements-Design,Starting on the key technologies and common framework and Defining the system mode and system architecture.at last, important module are designed in detail.The System has not only a friendly user interface to display functionality of the system in front of the user simply and intuitively,it has a strong expansion,good interoperability and application.
