This topic research is based on "twelfth five-year" national science and technology support plan of the project-economical air conditioning heat and cold source and natural energy utilization technology integration and demonstration were discussed on the basis of the research, development and comprehensive development of colleges and universities in the country put forward to promote green ecological construction under the background of green campus, in the domestic construction of colleges and universities to universal concept of green campus as a guiding principle in the process, but lack of southwest mountainous regional green campus construction strategy, so this topic put forward economic suitability of southwest mountain university green campus construction strategy.In this paper, with the construction of new campus of guizhou university as an example, from land use, transportation planning, energy saving, water saving, material saving, indoor environment, operation management and education to promote eight aspects suitable strategy, put forward the corresponding evaluation system certification through the concept of green campus, the eight aspects of technology integration in the campus as a whole. Aimed at the deficiency of green campus construction in new campus of guizhou university, combined with the national policy norms and industry experts, put forward the corresponding suggestion.Through the strategy research of this paper draws the conclusion, southwest mountain university for the future laid the foundation to build green campus, in order to achieve the final in southwest mountain city promotion purposes.
