BBEC Engine Plant Quality Cost Study

BBEC engine plant operation concept have 4 main operation branch: Safety?Quality? Quantity?Efficiency. The cost of quality(COQ) covered quality and efficiency branch, quality cost analysis is really important for engine plant and BBEC company. COQ analysis can find a better way to balance the relation between quality and cost, improve the produces competition capability and achieve the quality-efficiency-quantity-quality perfect circle. This thesis run analysis of BBEC engine plant quality management cost, finger out all problems of quality management process, detail analysis the root cause of core issue by cost related tools, optimize and set up more efficiency quality management concept, verify the improved quality cost control status and reach the real value of COQ analysis.According to cost analysis, separate the whole quality management to input and output model, clear every work station exist purpose and real value. Based on current cost analysis and lean, run compare of the cost expense and incoming, solve the major problem which is not lean for long term. One side improve quality performance according to COQ analysis and another side reduce the non-value resources which can be used for the new strategy or programs, reduce vehicle building time.Optimize the COQ is very important strategy requirements for enhance manufacture system competitiveness, robust quality is not the only requirement of customer, the competitiveness price is also very important considering factors. Based on the same quality,we must continue reduce the price to win the competitive market.
