Quality Of Construction Enterprise Project Cost Management Research

With the development of China’s economy, the construction industry in the nationaleconomy is becoming more and more important, more and more intense competition in theconstruction market. Construction enterprises in order to survive in the fierce competition anddevelopment, we must ensure that the premise of quality, lower costs, not only to reduce theeligible costs, but also reduce the reject cost, substandard cost is the cost of quality, in order toreduce the cost of quality, quality cost management will be carried out. A constructionenterprises usually undertake many projects, so the cost of quality management should startfrom the project. Quality construction enterprise project cost management to develop andimprove the comprehensive quality management theory, enhance the competitiveness ofconstruction enterprises can bring huge economic benefits for the enterprise to enaleenterprises to survive in the fierce competition and development.In this paper, theoretical research and case study method of combining the cost of qualitymanagement. First through the research situation, the theoretical basis of the quality and costmanagement, according to the understanding of quality, cost of quality concept,theconnotation of the cost of quality supplement. Then according to the characteristics of theconstruction enterprises to analyze the cost of construction enterprise project qualitymanagement theory, with an emphasis on quality cost management aspects of quality costprojections, according to the study, the cost of quality prediction method has a lot of, andapplication in the quality of project cost projections for the cost of carrying out qualityprediction, the predicted cost of quality which method is more accurate, and less risk andbetter stability, the corresponding cloud model and the cloud model is applied to the choice ofquality cost scenarios. Finally,through case study the feasibility of the cloud model in qualitycost scenarios choice.
