| With the development of our country’s new infrastructure construction,such as artificial intelligence,5G network,industrial Internet,and Internet of Things,the construction industry is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities.It urges construction companies to gradually develop in the direction of standardization,greening and intelligence.At present,there are a series of problems in the project quality cost prediction and management of construction enterprises in China,and a complete system has not yet been formed.In order to improve the efficiency of engineering quality management of construction companies and save the cost of engineering quality of construction companies,it is of great significance to conduct scientific and reasonable engineering quality cost prediction and quality cost management research of construction companies.The project quality cost and quality cost management of construction enterprises are analyzed in this paper.The concept,characteristics,process and division of engineering quality cost management in construction enterprises are introduced.A hierarchical-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is proposed.Three quality cost prediction models were used to predict the quality cost of the case project,and the prediction results of each model were compared and analyzed.The suggestions for project quality cost control of construction enterprises are proposed.The main research contents are as follows.(1)The concept and composition of project quality cost of construction enterprises are systematically introduced.The concept,characteristics,process and division of project quality cost management of construction enterprises are elaborated.Problems in project quality cost management are pointed out.(2)The significance,principles,processes and methods of the project quality cost evaluation system for construction enterprises are systematically introduced.The unary linear regression analysis model and the GM(1,1)gray prediction model are introduced in detail.The defects of the current engineering quality cost evaluation system are pointed out.(3)Based on the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics theory,the hierarchy-fuzzy evaluation model is established.For the key steps in the model,the MATLAB calculation code is explained.(4)In order to verify the predictive effect of the level-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,the unary linear regression analysis model,the GM(1,1)gray-scale prediction model and the hierarchical-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model are used to predict the quality cost of case project.The prediction results of three models are compared and analyzed,and the advantages of the hierarchical-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model are pointed out.Finally,the suggestions for project quality cost control of construction enterprises are proposed. |
