Design And Implementation Of Secure Communication System For Measurement And Control Terminal

As a national infrastructure, power network is not only closely related to the safety and economic security of the electric power production, but also to the people's livelihood, social stability and public interest. With the wide application of information technology, information technology is becoming higher and higher, the degree of dependence on information technology is increasing, the basic role of network and information system is increasing, information security has become an important part of national security.This study from the basic characteristics and development needs of the smart grid, the existing products and technology can not solve the problem of the large number of intelligent terminal security communications, in-depth study of intelligent terminal security communication technology, the system does not affect the system deployment architecture and network structure of intelligent terminal security communication architecture.Through the absorption and digestion of the advanced safety communication technology at home and abroad, and combining with the actual demand and application system of China State Grid Corp, the research and system development of the security communication technology of the intelligent terminal is proposed. The main technology of the system is embedded development technology, PKI based on certificate authentication technology, access control technology based on IP and ID. The system makes up for many types of terminal module security communication, identity authentication, encryption transmission, access control and so on. The system provides an anti- counterfeiting attack, an anti- replay attack that provides data confidentiality protection and integrity protection.The research results of this project are information security products, which can be used in all kinds of measurement and control system, the promotion of products can bring a certain amount of economic benefits, and the successful application of project results in the electric power industry can provide reference for other industries.
