Research And Implementation Of Security Protection Scheme For Distribution Automation Terminal

The distribution terminal is mainly connected to the distribution automation system by means of optical fiber,wireless network and other communication methods.Due to the current security measures are relatively weak and hacker attacks is enhanced,and the distribution terminal has the characteristics of wide distribution,through the terminal,the attacker may use counterfeit terminal and replay attack or other illegal operation to attack the distribution automation system.The distribution automation system faces the risk of network attack from public network or personal network,and then affects the safety and stability of the power supply to the users.With the rapid development of the construction of intelligent distribution network,a large number of power distribution intelligent terminals need to be connected to the distribution network and bring hidden dangers to the security of the power grid.How to ensure the security of distribution network is an important issue to be solved urgently.Based on the national "No.14 orders","No.36 paper," and other relevant provisions,refer to the national information system security protection requirements and information security requirements,take "secure partition,network specific,horizontal isolation and longitudinal certification "as the general principles.The system should be fully protected from the main station,the terminal,the boundary,the longitudinal communication,and the horizontal isolation.This thesis is based on the safety protection scheme of the intelligent distribution network.Focus on the security access scheme of distribution terminal equipment and design and develop the intelligent distribution network terminal security access device.The device includes terminal authentication and data encryption and decryption modules that based on the hardware-based algorithm,a dedicated encrypted transmission channel based on VPN and APN,the parse audit module of the distribution network protocol and so on.The security of terminal access is guaranteed in theory.It can meet the requirements of the intelligent distribution network security protection.
