| The Gear dynamics testing machine is designed for the detection of cylindrical gear intelligence pairing, which belongs to the category of precision machinery. These tests mainly contains gear transmission deviation and vibration noise. The gear-testing machine applies the mechanical structure of the open power, three parts are included, and they are foundation unit, active unit and passive unit. The active part and passive part are integrated witch circular optical grating sensor, three-axial vibration sensor, torque sensor, and these sensors function as recording corresponded test data. The research contents of this paper mainly focus on the following five points:(1) According to the design objectives of gear-testing machine, the mechanical structure is set as open type machinery. The gear dynamic testing machine working principle and mechanical design is introduced, and the model of motor is calculated, also the main axis unit and each castings are demonstrated in detail. In order to exam the strength and stiffness of machine mechanical structure, stress analysis is carried out on the machine base and modal analysis is carried on the whole machine(2) The mathematical principle of coordinate transformation is presented, and the structure of the gear-testing machine is simplified. The mathematical model of precision analysis is built according to the principle of coordinate transformation, and error separation is carried out based on the measurement of 5 class precision gear.(3) According to the working principle of gear dynamic testing machine, the design of control system is introduced. The control system mainly includes the motor control, the control of powder brake, digital signal acquisition and analog signal acquisition.(4) The error of gear dynamic testing machine is measured. According to the design drafts and measure results, the components required by precision analysis are listed. The mathematical model of mechanical structure is established to develop a mechanical precision analysis software. The accuracy analysis needs of each components is input into the software to obtain the calculate results of the drive shaft in the X, y and Z axis direction error components. Repeated experiment is carried out to exam the reliability of the machine. With the help of transmission error measurement by the gear testing machine, the transmission error curve is obtained. |
