The planetary gear reducer of the steering mechanism is one of the most important transmission devices of the rocket.And the precision of the rocket attacking target is directly determined by its transmission accuracy.Limited by testing equipment and technology,system transmission accuracy can't be tested so that the quality of the product is hard to be guaranteed and it needs to be solved.Aimed at the structure characteristics of the steering gear box,this paper will design a set of dynamic transmission accuracy testing system which has great generality,good reliability,high precision and is easy to maintain the equipments and post upgrade.Meanwhile,it should conform to the status of domestic technology,and complete the selection of the main hardware test equipment.According to the transmission characteristics of the planetary gear reducer of the steering mechanism,a method is presented using harmonic function to equivalently transform the error to the displacement error of gear meshing line,and the coupling transmission error model of multistage planetary gear system is developed from a geometrical perspective,comprehensively considering the eccentricity error,the tooth frequency error and assembling error.The influence of error randomness on the transmission error of the system is studied based on the Monte-Carlo methods,and the examples of the research object in this paper is analyzed and simulated by the proposed method.Furthermore,the distribution of the transmission error is counted to provide guidance for the product design and processing.Besides,a way is proposed to improve the system transmission accuracy by adjusting the initial phase error while assembling.Finally,SolidWorks and Adams are used to simulate the dynamic transmission error of the planetary gear system of the reducer.The results of the comparison between theory and simulation verify the correctness of the theoretical method,and the most influential error facts are figured out by spectral analysis from the error model.By qualitatively analysing and quantificationally calculating the comprehensive transmission error from various individual errors,reference and guidance are provided for the design,manufacture and installation of the product.It has significant engineering value for the construction of national defense safety.
