As a new mechanical hydraulic flow diving part, triple screws flow divider has advantages of low working noise, rather highly dividing precision and adaptable to high viscosity fluid media. So it is welcomed by hydraulic and lubrication integrate supplier and end users. But there is little theoretical research about this product. It is hard to find theoretical reference information and reliable experimental data to improve the dividing precision in manufacturing and application.This thesis researches the dividing characters of triple screws flow divider and analyses the key factors to influence the dividing precision by theory analysis, software simulation and experiments. The target is set as researching the discipline of synchronization precision following different machining tolerance and different working condition, and finding theoretical reference and effective measure to improve synchronization precision. Firstly the equations of <135> screws profile are built. Using these equations the coordinate data of screws section is calculated. The three models of screws thus are built in SOLIDWORS using these data. At the same time, following the basic theory of clearance flow the measurable relationship is built between clearance of screws and shell, difference pressure and internal leakage. Thus the clearance flow rate function is deduced. Therefore the synchronization function of triple screws clearance flow rate is deduced. On FLUENT platform, the clearance flow rates are simulated at condition of clearance 0.3mm, 0.5mm and 0.7mm. The results support the theoretical analysis. Then referring to the conclusion that loading pressure deviation affects the synchronization precision heavily, the integrated pressure compensation valve is designed to improve dividing precision. The performance of this integrated pressure compensation valve is simulated on platform of AMESim. Finally the sample of triple screws flow divider is tested on special test bench with customized software to prove the synchronization discipline under difference pressure condition.The research provides useful theoretical reference to improve triple screws flow divider's diving precision in producing process.
