aircraft engine is the core of power and an important part of the aircraft,but the construction and operation of the aircraft engine is very complex,often work under high temperature, high-speed harsh environment,for various reasons,the engine are prone to have various types of failure, and even induce disastrous results.Therefore, its design, production quality and safety has become a major issue in all aspects of common concern.Our civil aircraft security analysis system has not been perfect, relatively few studies for aircraft engines, and therefore the study of aviation security analysis engine technology has a very important significance.From the airworthiness of aircraft engines, the terms specified safety analysis, this paper analyzes the security provisions of the validation requirements analysis, focusing on aviation engine meets the terms of compliance verification method required.The main contents of this paper include:(1)From aircraft engine airworthiness management point of view, a detailed discussion of the aircraft engine airworthiness management systems and airworthiness certification procedures, analysis of the airworthiness of aircraft engines, the terms of the relevant provisions of Security Analysis requirements.(2)Airworthiness of aircraft engines according to the provisions of the security provisions of the relevant requirements analysis to determine the compliance verification method used, the provision proposed airworthiness compliance verification of specific steps and processes.(3)Hazard analysis to commonly used functions improved method, the establishment of a functional hazard analysis consistent with aircraft engines, while a turboshaft engine, for example, analyze its overall level features dangerous, verify the feasibility of the method.(4)The FTA and FMECA comprehensive analysis method(FTF) introduced aircraft engine safety analyzes and safety analysis of aircraft engines, according to the actual situation,determine aircraft engine Reverse FTF analysis methods and processes.
