With the implementation of the "13th Five-Year Plan" for general aviation development,the Civil Aviation Administration of China released the "Guidance Opinion of the General Office of the State Council on Promoting the Development of General Aviation Industry" in 2016,which marks that the general aviation industry has become a national strategic Emerging industries,and developing of low-cost general aircraft in line with airworthiness requirements will usher in a broad market prospects.In this paper,A certain type of composite general aviation airworthiness certification as the background,according to General Aircraft Airworthiness Regulations CCAR-23-R3 Department of its structural static strength airworthiness compliance verification analysis;In this respect,we mainly from the load calculation and structural static strength analysis discuss what kind of airworthiness compliance verification method should be adopted and how to demonstrate the static strength of the structure to meet the airworthiness requirements through this verification method.For the proof of load calculation,this paper uses the method of analysis and calculation to verify.According to the specific airworthiness clauses,the basic data of flight load calculation is obtained.Then,using the methods of combining different flight altitude,flight weight,flight center of gravity and different maneuvers Point on flight envelope to choice different flight load conditions quickly and effectively,and then use the calculation of flight mechanics method to calculate different flight load conditions,and then choose the serious load condition.In the end,through the CFD method to prove the airworthiness conformity of the load calculation.For the proof of conformity of structure static strength,this paper uses the Patran / Nastran finite element analysis method and a few laboratory tests to verify.In the process of finite element analysis,two-dimensional simplified modeling of the whole machine and three-dimensional simplified modeling of the wing spar structure are carried out according to the modeling criteria.Then,analyzing the strength of the material and structure whether satisfied under the limit load,and finally use static test for the main structure to verify the airworthiness of static strength.
